Al-Dai al-Ajal Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS accepts the Chancellorship of the Aligarh Muslim University.
The 51st Dai Mutlaq al-Dai al-Ajal Syedna Taher Saifuddin RA (from 1953 to 1965), and the 52nd Dai Mutlaq al-Dai al-Ajal Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA (from 1999 to 2002) were both Chancellors of AMU.
