Pearls of Wisdom

6th Moharram, 1446H

During  Ashara Mubarak 1404H in Karachi, Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA detailed Rasulallah’s ascension to prophethood, the early history of Islam dating back to Ibrahim Nabi AS, and the shariah. The shariah of Islam, the divinely ordained path of conduct brought by Rasulallah SAW is immaculate; the shariah is the culmination of all that preceded it. Humanity’s perfection lies in Rasulallah’s SAW shariah.

Rasulallah SAW was the first Muslim, and dedicated his efforts to guiding mumineen and muslimeen toward the right path and establishing  Islam’s shariah. No Prophet, Imam or Dai has become one without nass having been proclaimed upon him. Although Islam is the last of all religions sent by Allah, the core tenets of faith have always remained the same. Rasulallah’s SAW shariah is everlasting, and will remain unchanged and in place until qayamat. In today’s day and age, governments pass and enforce countless rules, legislation, and orders, many of which are overturned or modified a few years later. However, Rasulallah’s SAW shariah endures to this day, for it is tolerant and compassionate, easy to follow and designed to suit each era flawlessly.  Rasulallah’s SAW shariah is divinely ordained, and only he who possesses divine authority has the foresight to determine right from wrong, and guide others on the right path.

Rasulallah SAW left his ummat with two invaluable gifts: the Holy Quran and his progeny. By following both, we remain on the right path, and can diligently adhere to the guidelines and rules set forth in Rasulallah’s SAW shariah.
